A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form must be obtained from us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be included with the returned item. Each returned item must be unused and in its original manufacturers package suitable for resale.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser and all returned items will be inspected and verified prior to credit being issued.
Special order items (items not offered on our website) are not available for return.
Items that have been approved for return but upon inspection are determined to have been used, installed or are not the original item that was sent will not be credited and the item can be returned at customers cost.
What to do if you received an incorrect item or something was not shipped correctly.
If you receive an incorrect item or receive an incorrect quantity, please let us know so we can send the correct part (at our expense) along with a return authorization to send back (at our expense) the item that was sent incorrectly.
Please note that we require all shipping errors be reported within 5 DAYS of delivery. After this time, we cannot issue any Return Authorizations.
